Day 27: Our Long Haul to Oliver

Oliver is located in the orchard filled Okanagon-Similkameen Regional District, a long and beautiful drive from our home in Vancouver!
There are five local collection facilities in the warm and sunny town of Oliver. Below are some pictures of the Oliver Landfill where they will happily accept your used oil, oil filters and plastic oil containers. They also accept your household paints and aerosol cans, so ensure all your hazardous waste is responsibly recycled!

When dropping off your used oil ensure that every drop oil makes it into the oil tank so it can be responsibly recycled!
