Day 12: Bubbles and Boats

Today we started off the day in Langford where Gary from EZ Lube gave us our first tour of an oil change facility! It was great to finally see some “behind the scenes” action! A reporter from the Goldstream Gazette also joined us here so be sure to watch for the story next week!
Next we took Bubbles to the Royal Victoria Yacht Club! It was very interesting to visit the dock and it was a nice change of scenery from the usual auto-body shops. A pat on the back has to go to the Yacht Club for going above and beyond the call of environmental duty. They have installed a water cleansing system for all water used in boat cleaning and maintence. That will help to protect the ocean from any contamination!
